The terms and conditions on skinatwork.dk are administered by:

All prices on our websites are inclusive of Danish taxes and exclude shipping costs. For orders to countries outside EU, we deduct Danish VAT at checkout. Skin At Work is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT and/or similar import charges levied in recipient countries outside the EU. It is up to the recipient to determine their country’s customs and excise laws.
Contractual terms with Skin At Work are concluded in the Danish language in Denmark. All prices and products on the website are subject to sold-out goods, misprints or typographical errors, change of delivery times from our suppliers and delays that are beyond the control of Skin At Work. Please note that goods purchased during a sale are not subject to the normal rights of return and cancellation.
Order confirmation
We will send you an electronic order confirmation to confirm your purchase. The order confirmation will contain all necessary information about your purchase. This can also be used for any return of goods.

Shipping to package collection center (GLS Pakkeshop): DKK 35.00
Shipping to business location (GLS Busienss parcel): DKK 45.00
Home delivery (GLS private delivery): DKK 55.00
Free shipping to all addresses in Denmark for purchases over DKK 499.00.
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Countries within EU
Shipping to an address within the EU costs DKK 150.00. Free shipping to all addresses within the EU for purchases over DKK 1000.00.
Countries outside the EU
Shipping to an address outside the EU costs DKK 400.00.
The minimum order value is DKK 1000.00
Skin At Work is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT and/or similar import charges levied in countries outside the EU. It is up to the recipient to determine their country’s customs and excise laws.
Orders placed before 4pm on Mondays will be dispatched the same day. And will normally arrive within 2-4 business days in Denmark.
For orders outside Denmark, you can expect delivery within 5-10 days, depending on the country from which you have placed the order.
Delivery times are indicative. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to goods purchased from Skin At Work passes to you as the customer at the time of delivery.
Payments

The purchase value is not deducted until the goods are dispatched from Skin At Work. You cannot be charged an amount higher than the one you approved at the time of purchase.
Payment by card ensures protection against misuse/abuse. This provides you the option of declining a payment when you receive your payment record. There is no excess charge in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) in its payment system.
Returns
Goods may be returned for exchange or refund within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of goods. Your declaration of withdrawal shall be sent to info@skinatwork.com.

In order to return goods and exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them in. The right of withdrawal is void if you use the item(s) in a way that clearly reduces the sale value of the item(s) significantly. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee for returning the item(s). You are responsible for the package until we receive it. When returning a package, please include your order number or invoice number and preferably a copy of the invoice you received.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, you can refuse receipt of the package. GLS will then return the package to Skin At Work without any expense incurred by you as the customer.
Upon cancelling your order, the purchase value will be refunded to you via a reverse transaction to your bank or debit card immediately after we have received the item(s) and verified that said item(s) meet the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. We draw attention to the fact that goods purchased on sale or during stock sales are not subject to the normal rights of return and cancellation.
Warranty
All products shouod be used within six months of opening. Any defects or omissions in delivery from Skinatwork.com must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to indicate and, upon request, demonstrate evidence of the defect or omission. If you discover a fault, you shall contact Skin At Work as soon as possible. As a general rule, you have the right to complain about defects that appear within a year of receiving the item(s). For items with a limited shelf life, your complaint is limited to the shelf-life period indicated for the item by SkinAtWork.dk.

Marketing
Once you have provided your email and agreed that Skinatwork.dk may use it for marketing purposes, Skin At Work will contact you regarding products, tips and tricks and other exciting news.
